ProCene® in Supercapacitors

A very high electrical conductivity of 44,000 siemens/cm and high capacitance make ProCene® a perfect anode material for supercapacitors. In fact, customers have told us that Proton Power’s ProCene® is the purest and best-performing graphene that they have ever used in their supercapacitors.

ProCene® in Polymers

The addition of 1% ProCene® produced a 25% increase in strength and elastic modulus in a 75% carbon fiber-reinforced epoxy, and adding 0.05% ProCene® to a high-performance moulding compound increased its strength by 18% and its elastic modulus by 21%.

ProCene® in Marine Paint

ProCene® can be used as a substitute for copper sulfate in marine paints, without the environmental issues or odor associated with the compound. At a 5% loading of ProCene®, the paint becomes completely antifouling; additionally, drying time is reduced by a factor of three.
